Mainland China reports 21 new COVID-19 cases vs 15 a day earlier

BEIJING ( Reuters) – The country's national health authority said on Sunday, with the 21 fresh proof cases of coronavirus on Oct. 10 up from fifteen a day earlier.

The National Health Commission claimed in a statement that all the recent cases were imported infections affecting international travelers.

The number of reported asymptomatic cases, not as reported by China, decreased to 23 from 39 a day earlier.

Both of them were imported.

In mainland China, the cumulative confirmed cases of COVID-19 is 85.557, while the death toll was 4,634.
