Cheer star Jerry Harris 'exploited and violated' 10 boys, prosecutors allege

According to fresh court records presented by the prosecution on Tuesday, Cheer star Jerry Harris "exploited and raped" at least 10 boys.

A federal allegation of child pornography was initiated in September for Harris, whose wholesome individual allowed him breaking out of the Netflix documentary.

He reportedly encouraged a small child to create Joseph Fitzpatrick with the U.S., sexually graphic images and pictures of himself.

Northern Illinois District Attorney's Office, said at the point.

The Prosecutors' investigation on Tuesday published by Buzzfeed alleged that Harris abused several boys over more than two years, including "when a 15 years old child was sexually assaulted."

"Harris targeted young children regularly by accessing their rooms via his mobile phone to induce them to partake in sexually suggestive behaviors by utilizing shame, intimidation and resources," the filing said.

In the midst of an incident witnessed by thousands of reasonable people, the authorities also state that Harris targeted a 15-year-old boy "in an open public bathroom;" they also argue that he "victimized at least 5-10 children who were all forever wounded by his violence."

For comment, EW contacted Harris' counsel.

The prosecutors call upon Harris, 21, to be arrested in the ongoing prosecution as "clear and present threat to the group."

He's in jail for 15-30 years.

One of the alleged victims was just 13 when Harris "began to train" him to "give him pornographic suggestive pictures and text videos for years," according to the article.

The Netflix star was accused of sexual harassment and violence by two 14-years-old twin brothers in Texas in September, who claimed that Harris had given them sexually suggestive texts, had been forced to give him nudity as well as to appeal on one of them for oral sex.

Representatives of Harris had not at the time replied to EW's remarks but a Harris spokesman told Citizens, in reference to the law case, "Therefore, we are categorically appealing against Jerry Harris' arguments, which are supposed to exist while he was a teenager.

Twin brother lawyers previously informed EW about the detention about Harris as a result of the accusation of their clients.

In a letter to the EW, lawyers and the FBI have taken swift measures to safeguard children by prosecuting, charging and suing Jerry Harris.

"It has been made possible because our clients' mother has the bravery to warn Harris of maneuvers, sexual abuse, misuse and manipulation endured by her sons and the FBI as well as the Fort Worth Police Force.

We advise the authorities to fully examine Varsity Spirit and Cheer Athletics, the United States All-Star Federation and the United States to decide which of its directors, staff and members could and could not have placed an end to Harris' violence."

Harris utilizes his newfound popularity and prosperity in Cheer to apply his "predatory arsenal" to Tuesday's submission claims.

Harris seems to have contributed to his humiliating shop by using resources to manipulate his minor victims while Harris has earned his popularity throughout his profession, federal investigators alleg.

'Recent victims were given significant money to Harris for sexually suggestive acts over Snapchat or FaceTime, often over $1,000, when Harris masturbed.'

"Like all we, as we are saddened by this report, any abusses of juveniles are a awful crime and we value legal protocol," said a Netflix spokesperson on September to EW.

Harris is set for tomorrow's arrest trial.
