Top Biden aide says U.S. government must approve transition this week
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – United States of America.
The future Chief of Staff of President-Elect Joe Biden on Sunday said that this week the Federal Government wants to sign on to the transition project initiatives and offer national security details to Biden's team and talk to COVID-19.
Ron Klain said on 'Meet the press' of NBC News: "Why we really want to see this week ... is this ascertainment problem with the General Service Authority.
Klain added that Trump's tweet accepting that Biden prevailed, before he later said he did not accept, had little impact on the election's topicality.
"The Twitter feeds from Donald Trump make Joe Biden the president or not," he told NBC.
